Dear Mr. Moore,
I am one of your constituents, living in Coquitlam. I have met you recently at an open discussion event in St. Mario’s restaurant on a Sunday morning.
The reason I am writing to you today is because of the proposed bill C-517 on which you will be expected to vote in the upcoming months.
I support the bill C-517 and I hope that you will represent me, and countless others when the time comes, at the house of commons and make our voice heard.
It is time mandatory GE labelling be instituted in Canada. We owe it to the public. The public are not guinea pigs and have the right to know what is in their food. Our government has the responsibility to protect, against all threats, the safety of the public and make sure companies are accountable for their actions and provide proof that public safety is not at risk. There is overwhelming evidence that GE foods are a health hazard. As such, I sincerely hope that you will make the right vote and protect my and my fellow citizens rights and health.
I would appreciate to know how you will cast your vote.
Sincerely,
Peter Endisch Jr
