The first step is learning how to decipher the mumbo-jumbo of product labeling.  Aubrey organics produces a handy little guidebook which I&#039;m sure you can order on line for free.  http://www.aubrey-organics.com/.  It has a glossary of natural ingredients as well as the ingredients to avoid and what the potential harm of each is.
