In my pursuit to become a more just, ethical and environmentally conscious person – but also a happy one, I am starting to discover some startling, yet simple facts to help me achieve this. It’s not all related to one person either, sometimes it’s my observations as to what we should do collectively as well. And it’s not necessarily my own discovery. It is called ‘less is more’.

An interesting fact: people living in countries that have less material wealth live much more balanced and happier lives. Depression really is a western effect.
