		<description>Well done and well written Peter.  I agree we do not need more &quot;preachers&quot;; however, we need many &quot;teachers&quot;.  We recycle, compost and reuse as much as possible.  On average, we have less than 1/2 bag of &quot;garbage&quot; each week.  One issue I would especially like to be addressed is the new &quot;energy efficient&quot; lightbulbs.  I understand that some stores are offering rebates for taking in your old lightbulbs and purchasing the new EE lightbulbs (similar to the promotion for Christmas lights).  I also understand that some Utility companies have initiated this program.  One must check &quot;locally&quot; for stores/companies offering such rebates.  Look forward to updates.</description>
